Differences Between Absolute Poker Mac and Absolute Poker Windows

There are a few differences between the Mac and PC versions of Absolute Poker. As time goes on, Absolute Poker plans to resolve these differences through updates. For now, hot key options are not available in the Absolute Poker Mac software. The 20-table maximum is removed, and you can only play up to three tables at once as well as five tournament lobbies and blackjack simultaneously. Cascading and Tiling of tables is also disabled. Finally, you can only play Hold 'em tournaments through the Absolute Poker Mac software. Omaha, Mixed game, and Stud tournaments are not available at this time.

Many of the features found in the Windows version of Absolute Poker are identical to the Mac version. The lobby view is the same, with all of the requisite information you’ll need to find the right game. The cashier function works the same with both programs, and you can use the same deposit and withdrawal options. In addition, you’ll be competing against both Mac and Windows users directly. This will give you access to the entire player base that frequently travels Absolute Poker.

Absolute Poker is ahead of the game when it comes to providing Mac users with online poker software. Any Mac user that wants to get a full online poker experience should try the Absolute Poker client.
