Loyalty is well-rewarded at Bet365 Poker. VIPs enjoy exclusive tournaments, expanded deposit options and extra bonuses that allow them to keep raking in the Merit Points as well as the cash of regular winnings. The Bet365 VIP Program is easily outlined as players earn points to move into one of four VIP levels. Each level unlocks increasing rewards, cash back and bonus options for VIP players at that level.

VIP Program Overview

The VIP Program at Bet365 is automatically started when players begin with their first real money play. Any cash table game, sit and go or entry-fee tournament will earn players Merit Points (MPs) that start accumulating with every cash hand. Merit Points are automatically totaled and recorded on a player's account. To check the number of Merit Points you have earned, visit the My Account setting to view the totals. Also, players in cash games have a running total of Merit Points visible above their player nickname. (This feature can be disabled under the Options menu.)

Merit Point totals vary according to the amount of rake collected for a hand. Partial points are awarded as well as full points. On average, raked hands earn players approximately 3.2 points per dollar collected in rake on a hand. Tournament fees earn players 15 Merit Points per dollar paid in tournament fees.

VIP levels are calculated at the end of each month to determine the player's status for the following month. Some exceptions apply when special promotions allow for mid-month VIP status boosts. The more Merit Points a player accumulates, the higher their VIP level.

VIP Levels

The four VIP levels are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Additionally, an invitation only Diamond Club is hosted by Bet365 for the most exclusive VIP benefits. Each level is achieved by earning a certain quantity of Merit Points for each month of play. The levels are recalculated each month and players may move up or down, depending on the number of Merit Points earned the previous month.

As a player moves up the VIP levels, increasingly more rewards such as tournament tokens, larger amounts of cash rewards and special services become available to the new VIP players. Redeeming points for cash and tournament tokens have a greater value at higher levels. This means that 2000 points at the Bronze Level gets you $10 cash, but 2000 points for Platinum Level players can earn higher cash back. This encourages players to earn and maintain higher levels for maximum rewards. Any unused Merit Points expire from a player's account after 12 months.

Bronze Level

The Diamond Club

VIP Boosts

Participating in the Rake Free Fridays Promotions can enhance a player's VIP status quickly. In addition to offering players a rakeback equivalent bonus for cash play on qualifying Fridays, players can increase their Merit Points as with normal play. However, rather than waiting for the automatic update at the end of the month, players can opt for mid-month VIP level boosts under this promotion.
