Sit and Go tournaments have the thrill of drawing players for single table tournaments that are not scheduled like a standard tournament. The anticipation carries a lot of energy for poker enthusiasts. Plus, Sit and Gos have the flexibility of requiring different skills, a more focused attention for a shorter duration and the quick readiness to be able to start at a moment's notice. Besides that, at Paradise Poker, the Sit and Go's offer both a Jackpot and a Race to keep players on their toes for even greater prizes.

Jackpot Sit and Go

For the newest option in Sit and Go fun at Paradise Poker, players have the chance to test their consecutive winning skills in the €10,000 Jackpot Sit and Go Tournament. As with regular Sit and Gos, once the tables fill, the games begin. The Jackpot Sit and Gos at Paradise offer:

  • 10 person single table tournament
  • €10 plus €2 buy-in
  • 1500 chips in the starting stack
  • 8 minute blinds

With each win, players can add to their goal of being the jackpot winner. In order to take the €10,000 Sit and Go Jackpot home, a player has to win six consecutive Sit and Go's in a row. That's a tall order, so Paradise Poker is also rewarding those who make the attempt and still land near the Jackpot. Any players who finish in first or second place in six Sit and Go games in a row will earn an extra €200 prize for their efforts in addition to their tournament winnings. It's not quite as rich as the jackpot, but it helps those almost-jackpot winners keep aiming for the big pot.

€90,000 Sit and Go Races

The €90,000 total of six Sit and Go tournament races at Paradise Poker will be distributed between February and April 2012. Each month, two Sit and Go races will occur. The first half of the month, from the 1st through 7th, is race one. Race two runs in the second half, from the 22nd to 28th. Players may compete in any or all of the races to win as much of the total €90,000 prize pool as possible.

Players can choose to play at one of three levels for each race: Bronze, Silver or Gold. Each of these three levels pays 20 places. Leaderboard points are awarded for the top five places according to the tournament table type. The table options are 10-seaters, 5-seaters, Heads-Up and Coolers. Leaderboards are updated after each race segment, with each segment counting toward the leaderboard totals.

The prize pools and buy-ins for each level are:

  • Bronze Level: Buy-ins range from €1 to €9, €2000 prize pool, top place gets €500
  • Silver Level: Buy-ins from €10 to €29 for €4000 prize pool, top place wins €1000
  • Gold Level: Buy-ins €30 and up for €9000 prize pool, top place wins €2000

Sit and Go tournaments at Paradise Poker are listed in the poker lobby for players to select. Any series of six consecutive Sit and Go games marked as part of the Jackpot Sit and Go will qualify eligible players for those prizes. The Sit and Go Races have a limited duration, but other future Sit and Go promotions may become available at Paradise Poker after these races. Enjoying the unique design of Paradise Poker's Sit and Gos is another way for players to keep their poker games on the cutting edge at this poker room.
