When selecting an online poker site, many will choose one based on the level of competition among current players. Players that can not afford to lose large amounts of money should be urged to master thier online poker abilities before even attempting the high stakes rooms or tournaments. These rooms are filled with sharks and professionals - they are not for the average player. The players in this room know what they're doing, and will use their skills to take every penny you have without feeling guilty.
