Progression

- Getting Started - This will teach you a little more about poker including probabilities, pot odds, best starting hands, positions and differences between cash and tournament games. This section is followed by a test.
- Position Play - This section teaches what to do after each play (flop, turn, river). There's a test after this section also.
- Strategies - Here you will be taught some more advanced strategies such as: reading hands, bet sizes, aggressiveness, slow playing, bluffing and value betting. A test and a bonus round follow this section.
- Psychology - This has to do with both how to control your own mind, as well as how to influence others. Discusses tilt, tells and some general tips. After this, your final test awaits as well as a final bonus round.
Quizzes, Tests, Bonuses
Poker academy utilizes challenges to ensure you understand each section before you move on. There will be a quiz after all lessons (pot odds, value betting, tells, etc.). These quizzes can be taken an unlimited number of times with no waiting period. The tests are offered after each section and may also be taken an unlimited number of times, but there is an eight hour waiting period before you can take it again if you fail.
